Booking & payment conditions
Booking
- All ZillerSeasons accommodations are reserved only for the number of people specified in the respective written confirmation. Subletting is not allowed. All accommodations, facilities, and amenities are reserved exclusively for our registered hotel guests.
- Sauna & pool (daily during opening times) as well as the fitness room are available to our guests for free. Please take a look at all of our inclusive services.
- Half board is included in every room category. Reduction for breakfast minus € 15 per adult/day, children depending on child discount.
- Room and suite types are reserved according to the requests of our guests. However, we reserve the right to allocate a room or suite type of equal value if there is an urgent need.
- Vacation enjoyment and quality for our treasured guests are the priority at all times, and we strive to offer you an unforgettable setting for your vacation. We are always available for your questions or concerns. Share your special requests with us - we will take care of it.
Payment
- Please transfer the deposit to the listed bank account within 6 days of accepting the offer. The reservation will be confirmed upon receipt of the deposit. This will be credited in full to the hotel bill.
- Please pay the hotel bill upon your arrival or transfer the amount in advance. Within the EU and from EEA countries (Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein), you can make SEPA transfers in Euros without additional charges. Transfers from Switzerland can be made to our Swiss account.
- We gladly accept credit cards (Maestro, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, V-Pay).

Check-in / Check-out
- Check-in: from 3:00 to 7:00 pm
- If you arrive later, we ask that you inform us in advance.
- Check-out: by 10:00 am
- If available, you are welcome to book an early check-in or late check-out so that you can use your room/suite and the spa area as early as 11:00 am or as late as 4:00 pm.
- We will be happy to store your luggage in the storage room if you would like to use your departure day for skiing or biking.

- Reception desk: 7:00 am to 10:00 pm and by telephone from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am
- Pool area: daily from 7:00 am to 8:00 pm
- Indoor sauna area: 2:00 pm to 8:00 pm
- Alpine sauna from 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm
- Fitness room from 7:00 am to 8:00 pm
- Massages and cosmetics by individual appointment
General cancellation conditions
We recommend taking out travel insurance at www.europaeische.at, which will cover the costs for cancellations due to Covid-19. You can find more information about insurance coverage here.
- Cancellations are only valid in writing
- The deposit will be retained as a cancellation fee - no refund
- Cancellation fees are calculated as follows:
From the reservation confirmation to 31 days prior to the arrival date: 30 % of the total amount will be retained as a cancellation fee.
30 to 8 days prior to the arrival date: 80 % cancellation fee of the total amount
7 days or less prior to the arrival date or early departure: cancellation fee of 100 % of the total amount - No refund for early departure
- Explicitly indicated non-refundable rates cannot be cancelled or changed.
Travel Safe cancellation conditions
For carefree vacation planning, the Travel Safe cancellation conditions apply in the event of a pandemic.
A free cancellation is guaranteed up to 7 days prior to arrival if:
- If there is a travel warning for the state of Tyrol or the Zillertal region or
- the Zillertal Arena ski area has closed all ski operations due to Covid-19 or
- our hotels are officially closed.
- We will be happy to convert deposits that have already been paid into a ZillerSeasons voucher with unlimited validity.
Cancellation conditions for non-refundable rates
- The booking cannot be cancelled or changed.
- The total amount will be retained as a cancellation fee - no refund.
- By completing a booking, you accept the booking and cancellation conditions as stated.
- To ensure carefree vacation planning, the Travel Safe cancellation conditions apply in the event of a pandemic.

Processing of personal information
DasPosthotel GmbH processes your personal information incl. data from special categories as part of the contract fulfillment for your accommodations, meals, implementation of wellness treatments, and activities as well as other services that arise during your stay. DasPosthotel GmbH uses your contact information (e-mail address, postal address, telephone number) out of legitimate interest to individually inform you about current offers, to invite you to enter raffles, to congratulate you on anniversaries, and to get in touch with you.
The data protection policy is accessible in all areas of the house via the digital guest directory. Upon request, this can also be handed out in printed form at the reception desk.
