We are happy to arrange flowers as a gift for you. Our reception staff is always available to assist you with this request. There is a service fee of only €10.

All hotel amenities are available to you free of charge as soon as you check into your room. If you would like to use the spa area before your arrival, you can book it for an additional charge of €28 per person.
What time do I need to check out of my room on my departure day?
Your room will be available to you until 10 am on the day of departure. If you would like a later departure, we are happy to offer a late check-out (subject to availability), which can be booked for €28 per person.
How do I get to the hotel from the airport?
We are happy to organize an airport shuttle from the Innsbruck, Salzburg, and Munich airports. We ask that you reserve this service in advance at the reception desk (for a fee).

Which payment options are available to me?
Your deposit will be credited in full to your hotel bill.
Please pay the hotel bill upon arrival or transfer the amount in advance. Within the EU and from the EEA countries (Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein) you can make SEPA transfers in euros without additional fees. You can make transfers from Switzerland to our Swiss account.
We are also happy to accept payment by credit card (Maestro, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, V-Pay).
Up until what point in time is it possible to cancel my room booking?
The cancellation fees are calculated as follows:
From the reservation confirmation to 31 days before the arrival date: 30% of the total amount will be retained as a cancellation fee.
30 to 8 days before the arrival date: 80% cancellation fee of the total amount.
From 7 days before the arrival date or early departure: the cancellation fee is 100% of the total amount.

Until what time is breakfast served?
At Gut Stiluppe we serve breakfast daily from 7:15 am to 11:00 am.
If you need to leave earlier, we offer you the opportunity to take advantage of a packed lunch. You can collect this from reception desk until 8pm the evening before your departure.
Does Gut Stiluppe have its own restaurant, and is dinner served there?
Yes, Gut Stiluppe has its own restaurant as well as the Stiluppe Stuben. In the restaurant you have the opportunity to book an evening menu, while in the Gut Stiluppe Stuben an à la carte menu with Tyrolean delicacies is available.
The ZillerSeasons Luxury Hotel Collection also provides three additional restaurants in Zell am Ziller: Restaurant DieMarie, the Wilde Kräuterküche in MalisGarten, as well as our toque-awarded restaurant Heleni fein Speisen in MalisGarten.

Yes, at Gut Stiluppe you will find a sauna area, which includes: an organic herbal sauna for families, a Finnish garden sauna for adults only, another Finnish sauna, and a steam room.
Does the hotel offer a day spa?
We do not offer a day spa at Gut Stiluppe, but our services are available for a day spa in our sister hotel MalisGarten in Zell am Ziller.

You have the option of purchasing your Super Ski Pass conveniently at the reception desk, online at Mayrhofner Bergbahnen, or at the respective valley stations of the Mayrhofner Bergbahnen.
How do I reach the ski area and which ski areas are located nearby?
The Mountopolis - Mayrhofner Bergbahnen ski area is located directly in Mayrhofen. The valley station of the Penkenbahn and the Ahornbahn can be reached in just a few minutes. You can reach this by car (parking lot of the Ahornbahn or "Einfahrt Mitte") with our shuttle or with the ski bus. The ski bus stop is located at the M-Preis supermarket and can be reached in 3 minutes on foot.
Is there a ski bus? When does the ski bus run and where is the stop?
The ski bus stop is just a 3-minute walk from Gut Stiluppe. Directly at the M-Preis supermarket.
Where can I rent skis and ski boots?
As a guest in the ZillerSeasons, you can take advantage of a discount of at least 10% at Sport Bründl. Visit the sports shops either on the main street or at the valley stations of the Penken and Ahornbahn. Reserve your ski equipment in advance and receive a discount of up to 12%. Our reception team will be happy to help you make your reservation.
Is it possible to go tobogganing near Mayrhofen?
Yes, in Hainzenberg, just 18 minutes away by car, there is the longest, illuminated toboggan run in Austria. The Bichlalm in Hintertux can be reached in about 27 minutes by car.
Can you cross-country ski in Mayrhofen?
Yes, if there is enough snow, there are several cross-country ski trails in Mayrhofen and the surrounding area.
